We are looking for a Reservations Agent to assist in the ongoing success of the dual-branded Aloft & Residence Inn by Marriott in Belfast’s iconic Titanic Quarter.

Position Summary
We’re looking for a Reservations Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and can provide an excellent booking experience by responding promptly to inquiries, maximising room sales, and delivering friendly and professional customer service
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online systems in a timely and professional manner
- Process bookings accurately using the Property Management System (PMS)
- Upsell room types and promote hotel services to maximise revenue
- Respond to guest inquiries about rates, availability, and hotel facilities
- Liaise with the front office and revenue teams to ensure accuracy of bookings and special requests
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel and local area
- Manage group reservations and update rooming lists as required
- Follow all company procedures, including GDPR and data protection compliance
- Monitor daily arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows, and communicate effectively with other departments
- Assist with reporting and reservation audits when required
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or a Senior Front Office associate in a branded hotel environment.
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and a calm demeanour under pressure.
- Committed to fostering a welcoming, guest-first culture.
