We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lunch Club Manager to lead our Wednesday Club. In this role, you will coordinate engaging activities, oversee daily operations, and foster a welcoming environment for participants. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure the success of our lunch club, creating a lively space where community and connection thrive. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute daily lunch club activities that promote social interaction and enjoyment
- Manage the setup and cleanup of event spaces, ensuring a safe and inviting environment
- Coordinate with volunteers or staff to facilitate smooth operations during club hours
- Communicate effectively with participants, addressing their needs and encouraging participation
- Maintain cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to health guidelines throughout all activities
- Keep accurate records of attendance, activity schedules, and feedback for continuous improvement
