As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef in leading the brigade and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
This role would suit either an experienced Sous Chef seeking a new challenge within a supportive and professional environment.
As Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef with all aspects of kitchen management
- Lead and motivate the brigade during service
- Maintain consistently high food standards
- Assist with menu development and seasonal dishes
- Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Train and develop junior chefs within the team
You will be a passionate and organised chef with a strong fresh food background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a busy professional kitchen.
