As a care assistant you will be supporting our residents with all aspects of personal care and support, and you’ll do it all with the full support of our fantastic team
Shift times are 8pm-8am/10pm-8am and 8pm-6am
All our new recruits undertake a half day induction and a robust, ongoing training programme is provided for all candidates. You will have the opportunity to gain additional qualifications including NVQ Levels II and III and to complete the All Wales Social Care Induction Framework.
- Pay rates starting from £13.10 per hour
- We would prefer you to have COVID 19 vaccination prior to commencing employment
- A referable work history is required along with an enhanced DBS disclosure as this role involves working in regulated activity with vulnerable adults. (cost of DBS to be covered by applicant)

- Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to provide updates and support.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
