Salary – Starting from £33,467.20 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Bright Horizons Eddington Nursery is located in an award-winning, sustainable housing estate with excellent links to Cambridge town centre by bus, car, and bike. The nursery offers a fantastic opportunity to join a professionally strong and culturally diverse team with a great passion for Early Years and Education.
We provide a staff room with kitchen facilities for relaxation, as well as a separate lounge for enjoying lunch and socializing. Toiletries and treats are also stocked for our staff. Additionally, free parking is available.

The Role
As an Early Years Teacher, you will plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps all the children to develop and meet their individual needs. You will make accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests, and stages of each child, and ensure the indoor and outdoor environments are consistently stimulating and inspiring for the children.
What we’re looking for
-
Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS)

Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child

Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection

Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both colleagues and parents
