Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our global commercial efforts. In this role, you will drive B2B and B2C sales growth, manage international import/export relationships specially in MENTA (MENA and Turkey) and elevate our brand presence in MENTA.
You will be responsible for expanding our global distributor network and spearheading our participation in premier exhibitions and events.
Key Responsibilities
International Sales & Business Development
● Global Pipeline Management: Identify, target, and secure new international B2B and B2C clients, importers, wholesalers, and retail distributors for products.● Account Management: Nurture and expand relationships with existing international clients, ensuring high retention and upsell opportunities.● Agency Communication: Management and lead negotiations with marketing & advertising agencies and delivery terms, control budgeting & responsibilities.● Market Analysis: Monitor global commodity trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies in real-time.
Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions
● Global Trade Shows: Own the end-to-end execution of our participation in international and domestic exhibitions—from both design and marketing collateral to lead generation and post-event follow-ups.● Brand Positioning: Develop localised marketing campaigns and materials that resonate with diverse cultural markets while maintaining a cohesive global brand identity.● Digital Marketing: Oversee B2B and B2C digital marketing efforts (LinkedIn, industry portals, email campaigns) to generate inbound international leads.
Qualifications & Experience
● Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in international B2B and B2C sales or digital marketing, specifically within the MENTA.● Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, marketing, digital marketing or a related field.● Languages: Fluency in English is required. Professional proficiency in a second major MENTA region language (e.g., Arabic and Turkey) is a major plus.● Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30–40%) for trade shows and client visits.
Pay: £24,420.00-£50,000.00 per year
