Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Staff / Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide range of meals according to recipes and quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and labelled appropriately
- Monitor food stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow food safety procedures diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Support team members during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of dishes
- Assist with menu planning and presentation to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail in meal presentation and ingredient handling
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
- Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles is advantageous but not essential
