Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.
-
Comfortable working in a busy production environment and under pressure.
-
A good communicator and team player.
-
Able to work independently and use initiative when required.
-
Flexible and willing to support different activities across the department.
-
Detail-focused, particularly when completing records and handling stock.
-
Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety and quality.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, stock control, kiln operations or a similar environment would be advantageous. An understanding of GMP, HACCP, allergen control, traceability and food safety procedures would also be beneficial.
