Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the home. Duties
- Cleaning and tidying designated areas within the home, to a professional standard
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and polishing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation
- Restocking supplies such as toiletries or cleaning products as required
- Washing windows, cleaning bathrooms and communal areas thoroughly
- Assisting with laundry tasks when necessary
- Organising cleaning schedules and ensuring all tasks are completed within allocated timeframes
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning a residential home is desirable but not mandatory
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Customer service skills are beneficial for interacting professionally with residents
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning environments and client needs
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment safety procedures
- A friendly attitude and reliable work ethic are essential
