Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Tenancy Manager to oversee the leasing and management of residential properties and the tenants within them . Duties
- Manage all aspects of tenancy lifecycle, from lease signing to move-out procedures
- Conduct thorough data entry into property management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service with professional phone etiquette
- Coordinate maintenance requests and inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants to enhance their experience and increase revenue opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of tenancy agreements, payment histories, and communication logs
- Collaborate with office staff on administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and scheduling appointments
Requirements
- Proven experience with property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms
- Strong administrative background with excellent data entry skills
- Previous office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with a professional demeanor
- Experience in upselling or promoting additional services is a plus
- Knowledge of local tenancy laws and regulations is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities
