Freelance Interpreters Required – Walsall
Global Translation Services is expanding and is looking for experienced freelance interpreters to join our growing team in Walsall.
We provide interpreting services to NHS organisations, local authorities, schools, social services, solicitors, courts and private sector clients across the West Midlands.
We are currently recruiting interpreters for all languages, including:
- Urdu
- Punjabi
- Arabic
- Kurdish (Sorani & Kurmanji)
- Romanian
- Polish
- Pashto
- Dari
- Bengali
- Gujarati
- Hindi
- Turkish
- Farsi
- Tigrinya
- Amharic
- Albanian
- Portuguese
- Lithuanian
- Czech
- Slovak
- And many more.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS certificate (preferred). Applicants without one may be required to obtain a suitable DBS check depending on the assignments offered. Eligibility depends on the role and setting.
- Excellent spoken English and at least one other language.
- Previous interpreting experience preferred.
- Community Interpreting Level 3, DPSI or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential for all languages.
- Professional, reliable and punctual.
- Right to work in the UK.
