Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. If you are kind, dependable and passionate about helping others, we will provide the ongoing support and development you need to succeed.

Flexible Shift Options
- Morning shifts: 7:00am–2:00pm
- Evening shifts: 4:00pm–10:00pm
- Alternate weekends are required

What You’ll Be Doing
Every day will be different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting clients with personal care and medication
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light household tasks and meal preparation
- Encouraging independence, dignity and confidence
- Supporting clients with appointments and activities
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
- Completing accurate care records and reporting any concerns
What We’re Looking For

You will need:
- A compassionate, patient and reliable approach
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work alternate weekends
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- The right to work in the UK
