Bakers and flour confectioners prepare and bake dough, Muffin, pastry, and cake mixtures and make and finish flour confectionary products by hand according to the recipe. He/She purchases and examines foodstuffs from suppliers to ensure quality. He/she also mixes ingredients using hand or machine to obtain the required consistency. Ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen. He/she will also be responsible for Measuring and weighing wet and dry ingredients, using mixers to blend the ingredients,
kneading, and shaping the
dough. Prepares food to high standards and in keeping with demands of the customer. Estimate expected food consumption levels
organise preparation
to meet demand with minimal wastage, Operates and maintains all kitchen appliances to ensure an efficient and safe working environment for all staff members. Ensures compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
Pay: £12.21-£12.71 per hour
