What You'll Be Doing
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and their families.
- Create engaging play and learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and independence.
- Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Observe, assess and celebrate children's progress through learning journals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care and education.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Follow nursery policies and statutory requirements, including safeguarding, health and safety and Ofsted expectations.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS.
- Is caring, enthusiastic, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Has excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Is committed to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for every child.

Working hours:
- 42.5 hours per week
- Working between 7:00am and 6:00pm on a rota basis
Salary: Competitive (dependent on qualifications and experience)
