About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant, or an experienced Care Assistant ready to take the next step in their career, to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will support the Management Team with the day-to-day running of the care home, confidently lead shifts, guide and support care staff, and help ensure the highest standards of person-centred care, safety, and wellbeing for our residents.

Hours: 10 hour night shifts: 2145 - 0800; weekend on weekend off
Location: Scone, Perth
Key Requirements (Essential):
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or strong experience as a Care Assistant
- SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
