Duties
- Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently to load, unload vehicles within the yard.
- Conduct basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Support the overall organisation of the yard, ensuring it remains tidy, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in loading and unloading lorries, ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks related to equipment repair when necessary.
Qualifications
- Driving Licence
- Valid forklift licence recognised by relevant authorities.
- Basic skills for record keeping.
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
Pay: £12.71-£12.72 per hour
