Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure that all areas, including restrooms and kitchens, are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning practices and customer service.
- Report and record in the appropriate manner any information considered to be important to the Registered Manager and adhere to Croob Cottages policies and procedures.
