We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and motivated Property Sales Negotiator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Generating valuation and sales opportunities
- Following up enquiries from Rightmove, website, and social media leads
- Maintaining regular communication with vendors and buyers
- Progressing sales from offer agreed through to completion
- Updating CRM systems and property records
- Assisting with property marketing and social media promotion
- Assisting in creating cinematic property videos and content for online marketing and social media platforms
- Supporting the promotion of properties across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Building strong relationships with clients and local contacts
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous estate agency or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confidence using social media platforms for marketing
- Interest in property content creation and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
