We are seeking a motivated and dependable Weekend Early Morning Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. As a Weekend Early Morning Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our commercial or residential spaces, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine surface appearance.
- Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial or commercial cleaning projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or hazards identified during cleaning routines.
- Utilize custodial experience to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met across all assigned areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to promote a secure working environment for yourself and others.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
- Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices is advantageous.
- Previous porter or maintenance roles that involved cleaning, upkeep, or basic repairs will be considered a plus.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively is essential.
