Job Description:
As a member of our Bar and Waiting staff, you will play crucial role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organised environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the bar.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the bare and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Process payments and operate the till system
- Assist in the setting up and closing down the bar and dining areas
- work collaboratively with the team to provide a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age
- proven experience in a bar or waiting role
- Fully flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
