Duties
- Manage and update customer databases with accurate information
- Process Hire & sales orders and prepare relevant documentation
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, or in person
- Maintain organised filing systems for contracts, invoices, and correspondence
- Liaise with other departments such as logistics and finance to ensure seamless operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships
Skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
