Location: Gloucester HQ + Sussex & London Sites (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 + Performance Bonus
Benefits: Company car or allowance, private medical, employer pension contribution, 28 days holiday + bank holidays
Glevum is entering a major growth phase across multiple sites, and we’re recruiting a Technical Operations Director to take full ownership of how our security technology operates — not just the policy, but the delivery.
This is a group-wide leadership role with accountability for every monitored connection, every CCTV deployment, and the operational performance of our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). You’ll sit on the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO, and act as the bridge between strategic decision-making and real-time operational control.
If you’re the kind of leader who knows why a camera in Sussex isn’t reporting to the ARC at 3am — and how to build a system where that problem doesn’t happen again — this role is for you.
The Opportunity
You will build and run the technical operations function for the entire Glevum Group. Early priorities include establishing group-wide technical governance, strengthening ARC performance, and driving our journey toward ISO and NSI Gold certification.
This role is not hands-on engineering — it is leadership, standards, governance, and accountability.
