We’re looking for an exceptional Producer to join our team and lead the delivery of world-class live experiences.
TBI is an award-winning agency based in London, and our Events division is seeking to expand the team with a Producer who will join a busy team to focus on both producing and helping the business continue to grow.
This is an opportunity for an experienced, self-starting Producer who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a genuine passion for creating unforgettable events. From major awards ceremonies to concerts and shows, from more intimate venues to large-scale arena-based productions, you'll play a key role in bringing ambitious, creative ideas to life.
You need to have a strong understanding of event operations and the full event lifecycle, with the ability to drive projects forward from initial concept through planning, production and live delivery, while confidently advancing shows at every stage.
You'll oversee projects working closely with clients, creatives, technical teams and suppliers, with an excellent working knowledge of how to make events happen at every stage to ensure every production exceeds expectations.
Working to a project lead you will be used to taking responsibility for sections of a full event budget and challenging costs at all levels to ensure the best possible results within the allocated resource.
What You'll Do
- Work on the planning, production and delivery of high-profile live events.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously from pitch through to execution.
- Produce live shows, awards ceremonies, concerts and music events.
- Build and manage production schedules, budgets and timelines with real attention to detail.
- Develop creative concepts that enhance productions and bring fresh, engaging dimensions to live shows.
- Advance live shows seamlessly
- Lead production departments on-site, ensuring delivery under pressure.
- Collaborate with creative, technical and operational teams to deliver outstanding audience experiences.
- Manage suppliers, venues, talent and stakeholders with professionalism and confidence.
- Identify and mitigate production risks while maintaining exceptional standards.
What We're Looking For:
Someone who combines outstanding production expertise with strong leadership, operational experience and commercial awareness.
You'll have:
- A passion for live entertainment and delivering exceptional experiences.
- 3-5 years proven experience at Producer level on large-scale live events, shows or event based, public facing broadcasts.
- A strong background in concerts, music events, awards or television production.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Confidence managing budgets, schedules and multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure live environments.
- Leadership & Growth
This role offers genuine opportunity to grow into a senior producer position and senior leadership beyond this.
We're looking for someone with the ambition and capability to
work with our high-performing production team. As the business continues to grow, you'll play an important role in developing more junior members of the team, shaping production processes and helping define the future direction of our live events division.
If you're an experienced Producer who loves live events, who thrives on the energy of a live show, and who’s ready to take the next step in their career, this is an opportunity to make a real impact while working on some of the industry's most exciting productions.
