As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable Office Administrator to become an integral part of our team. This is a varied and hands-on role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and send quotations to clients
- Maintain and organise filing systems, both digital and physical
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Manage emails and general correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain company records
- Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
