We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with clients, operational teams and technical specialists to identify business needs and turn them into practical solutions.
You will support projects from initial discovery through to implementation, helping stakeholders understand current challenges, define requirements and improve processes. This is a hands-on mid level position for someone who is confident working with data, documentation and people across different departments.

Competitive Package

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering
Meet with stakeholders to understand business challenges, operational requirements and project objectives.
Document clear functional and non-functional requirements that can be understood by both business and technical teams.
Process Analysis
Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
Create process maps, workflow diagrams and supporting documentation to explain current and proposed ways of working.
Stakeholder Management
Build effective working relationships with clients, managers, project teams and end users.
Facilitate meetings, workshops and interviews while ensuring that different stakeholder needs are understood and recorded.
Data Analysis
Review operational and project data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
Present findings in a clear and useful format for decision-makers.
Project Support
Work closely with project managers and implementation teams to ensure requirements are delivered accurately.
Support user acceptance testing, issue tracking, change requests and post-implementation reviews.
Documentation
Prepare business requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, reports and project updates.
Maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project support or a related professional services role.
Experience working on operational improvement, technology implementation or business change projects is preferred.
Analytical Skills
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex information and turn it into clear recommendations.
Confidence working with data, processes and business requirements.
Stakeholder Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You should be comfortable leading discussions, asking detailed questions and presenting findings to different audiences.
Tools
Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, Jira, Confluence or similar business and project management tools.
Knowledge of process mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria is desirable.
Education
A degree or professional qualification in business, management, information systems, finance or a related subject is preferred but not essential.
Relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Pay: £45,516.00-£48,000.00 per year
