Insulation Installer / Insulation Team Leader

WarmPro Group is a rapidly expanding PAS 2030:2023 and TrustMark accredited retrofit contractor delivering insulation and renewable energy projects across the UK. We specialise in fabric-first retrofit including External Wall Insulation (EWI), Internal Wall Insulation (IWI), Loft Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI), and associated ventilation works. We deliver large-scale programmes in partnership with local authorities and housing providers.
Due to continued national growth, we are recruiting experienced Insulation Installers and Insulation Team Leaders to join our UK delivery teams.
This is a hands-on role working primarily on residential retrofit projects, including occupied properties. You will be responsible for installing insulation systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications, PAS 2030 standards, and WarmPro’s internal quality procedures.
For Team Leader applicants, you will supervise a small crew of operatives, manage daily site activity, and ensure installations are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a consistently high standard.
Travel across the UK is required. Accommodation and subsistence support will be provided where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
Install insulation systems including EWI, IWI, Loft Insulation and CWI in line with system designer specifications.
Measure, cut and fit insulation materials accurately using appropriate tools and equipment.
Work in accordance with PAS 2030 requirements and WarmPro quality controls.
Follow technical drawings, method statements and risk assessments.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, site safety and housekeeping.
Complete required installation documentation and quality records.
Additional Responsibilities for Team Leaders:
Supervise and coordinate installation operatives on site.
Deliver daily briefings and ensure safe systems of work are followed.
Manage materials and site logistics.
Liaise with Site Managers and Operations to ensure programme delivery.
Ensure works achieve first-time quality inspections.
Essential Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Insulation and Building Treatments
or
Valid manufacturer/system designer card (system carded installer)
Proven experience installing insulation systems in residential properties.
Strong understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
Competent in the use of hand and power tools.
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
Desirable:
SSSTS (for Team Leader applicants).
Experience working under PAS 2030 frameworks.
Working at Height and Asbestos Awareness training.
Experience delivering local authority or social housing retrofit programmes.
