Specialty Coffee Shop Barista
We’re an award-winning London-based specialty coffee brand built around Colombian culture, craft, and community. From sourcing directly at origin to roasting in London and serving across 10 sites, everything we do is focused on quality, consistency, and creating exceptional experiences.
We are growing with intention, and as part of that growth, we are looking for a passionate Barista to join one of our central London stores.
About You
You’re passionate about specialty coffee and hospitality. You bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to every shift, enjoying working alongside your team to deliver exceptional coffee and welcoming customer experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista, ideally within the specialty coffee industry
- A genuine passion for specialty coffee, hospitality, and customer service
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organisation
- A willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continue developing your coffee knowledge
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Based in London and fully authorised to work in the UK
The Role
As a Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and outstanding customer service in one of our specialty coffee shops. Working closely with your teammates, you'll maintain our high standards of coffee quality, consistency, and hospitality while creating a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality espresso-based drinks and filter coffee to company standards
- Texture milk to a high standard and produce clean, consistent latte art
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and engaging customer service at every interaction
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the café
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the shop alongside the wider team
- Build a strong understanding of our coffee, products, and menu, confidently sharing recommendations with customers
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
- Follow health, safety, food hygiene, and company procedures at all times
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture and help create an enjoyable working environment
