Warehouse Operative – Bardon Hill
£12.71 per hour + benefits (overtime, pension, company events, 33 days holiday), 40h/w, Monday to Friday 08:00am - 4:30pm

We’re hiring a Warehouse Operative to support our fast-paced and dynamic operation. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient manufacturing and excellent service to customers across the UK, Europe, and beyond.
What you’ll do:
- Process goods-in for assembly and manufacturing
- Pick, pack, and handle high-value parts and large components
- Maintain safety standards and general housekeeping
- Transport goods between local sites using company vans
- Operate spray painting equipment

- Cooperative, reliable and self-motivated team players
- Comfortable with a range of physical and practical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Essential experience:
- Forklift truck (reach and/or counterbalance)
- Warehouse work in a manufacturing setting
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic IT and warehouse management system skills
Desirable:
- Overhead gantry crane operation
- Paint spraying experience
