Our client is growing their Plymouth team and is looking for a Retail Promotions Assistant to support face-to-face fundraising campaigns on behalf of a nationally recognised children's healthcare charity.
Working from retail locations and promotional sites, you'll help raise awareness and encourage long-term support for services that provide specialist treatment, family assistance, and medical research for seriously ill children.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Retail Promotions Assistant, you'll work in high-footfall locations, engaging members of the public in positive, meaningful conversations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating welcoming and professional interactions with shoppers
- Sharing information about the charity's work and impact
- Explaining how ongoing support contributes to healthcare services and research
- Assisting supporters through a clear and compliant registration process
- Working towards individual and team fundraising objectives
- Maintaining presentation standards at promotional displays
- Participating in ongoing coaching and development sessions
