We are recruiting experienced Land Rover Level 4 Master / Senior Technicians to join a premier, well-established independent Jaguar Land Rover specialist in London, UK.
This position offers qualified international technicians a direct, fully supported route to build a long-term life and career in the United Kingdom. With dedicated Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship, this position puts you on a 5-year pathway to Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) / UK Permanent Residency, followed by British Citizenship eligibility.
Your Pathway to UK Citizenship & Residency
- Step 1 (Year 1): Join us on a Skilled Worker Visa (£41,700/year base salary fully compliant with Home Office minimum salary thresholds).
- Step 2 (Years 1–5): Work in London with complete visa compliance, sponsored employment, and access to ongoing high-voltage / EV manufacturer developments.
- Step 3 (Year 5): Become eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) / Permanent Residency in the UK.
- Step 4 (Year 6): Apply for Full British Citizenship (UK Passport).

Responsibilities
- Perform complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostics on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.
- Conduct advanced fault-finding using official JLR diagnostic equipment, software programming, modules coding, and network diagnostics (CAN/LIN).
- Service and repair engine, gearbox, transmission, air suspension, and braking systems.
- Diagnose and service high-voltage Hybrid (PHEV) and Electric Vehicles (BEV).
- Complete software updates, module recalibrations, and security module alignments (Trust Center protocols).
- Execute scheduled maintenance and major overhauls according to JLR factory guidelines.
- Maintain complete and accurate digital workshop documentation.
Essential Requirements & Qualifications
- JLR Certification: Valid Jaguar Land Rover Level 4 Technician qualification (Master Technician / High Voltage Specialist) or verified equivalent manufacturer master-level credential.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on diagnostic experience working directly on JLR models.
- Diagnostic Expertise: Proven proficiency with JLR TOPIx Cloud, Pathfinder, SDD, and oscilloscope measurement.
- EV/PHEV Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of petrol, diesel, hybrid, and fully electric vehicle architectures.
- Visa & English Requirements:
- Proficient English communication skills (CEFR Level B2 / SELT equivalent for UK Skilled Worker Visa eligibility).
- Commitment to relocate to London, United Kingdom.
