Alongside our award-winning facilities, we are proud to offer an exceptional food and beverage experience through April's Kitchen, as well as our recently launched members-only cocktail and champagne bar, complete with weekly live music and exclusive events.
We are looking for a passionate, energetic and personable Front of House Team Member to become part of our growing team and help deliver an outstanding experience to our members and guests every single day.
Role overview:
CPASE Bar & Restaurant is operated exclusively by April’s Kitchen Ltd.
From preparing premium coffees and signature cocktails to creating memorable experiences for our members, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our bar and restaurant.
You'll be the face of our hospitality offering, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium standards and welcoming atmosphere CPASE is renowned for.
Responsibilities:
· Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
· Preparing and serving premium coffees, beverages, smoothies and cocktails
· Taking food and drink orders and serving members and guests
· Maintaining outstanding presentation standards
· Restocking and replenishing bar supplies and inventory
· Creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every member
· Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
· Knowledge of food, drink and cocktail ingredients
About You:
· Naturally friendly, engaging and confident
· Passionate about hospitality and customer service
· Professional, polished and well-presented
· Organised with excellent attention to detail
· Maintaining client confidentiality is essential, as you may interact with high-profile guests who value their privacy and discretion
· Positive, proactive and willing to learn
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· A team player who enjoys working with people
· Previous experience within hospitality, coffee preparation or cocktail service would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided
Salary & Benefits:
· Up to £13.50 per hour + share of service charge
· 40 hours per week (Includes evenings and weekends)
· Full-time, permanent position
