You will be given all your PPE and tools and full training on the job as well as a company vehicle. You will learn to install kitchen appliances into the new homes being built across the South East in England with a central base in Rochester. CSCS cards are very desirable but not essential as we can put you through the qualification before. Holding a valid CSCS card qualification is mandatory for continued employment. Must have a full clean UK driving licence as driving a van is part of the job.
We have continued secure work in the area and we are in the process of securing more business for our company so we are looking to position ourselves so that we can deliver to our customers, old and new, a service that will secure the companies long term plans. Over nearly 20 years we have established ourselves as a reliable company to our customers and to our large and growing workforce which spreads all over the South of England and East Anglia.
Start times can be as early as 5.30 am to beat traffic so flexibility is essential for this position but you can expect to be home between 4 and 6 most days depending on traffic and your home location from the construction sites. Meeting company expectations of volume is mandatory and this is discussed should you be interviewed.
The starting salary is just probation rate and this can be reviewed in as little as 4 weeks depending on performance.
