We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Full-Time Kitchen Team Member to join our inaugural team!

Working Pattern
- Hours of work will vary, but the working pattern is 5 days out of 7, averaging between 40-45 hours per week.
- The ideal candidate must be fully flexible and available for shifts, including weekends and early mornings (for brunch prep).
Key Responsibilities of a Kitchen Team Member
- Food Preparation: Assist the Chef/Cook with the preparation and plating of all brunch items and desserts, ensuring speed and consistency during service.
- Recipe Adherence: Follow all standardized recipes and portion control guidelines precisely to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times. This includes washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and deep cleaning stations.
- Stock Management: Assist with receiving, organizing, and rotating kitchen stock, including fresh, frozen, and dry goods (First-In, First-Out/FIFO principle).
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations (HACCP principles).
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders.
