Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly in accordance with environmental guidelines
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing special attention or maintenance issues
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment during cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly to management
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues clearly and accurately
