Job Description:
We're pleased to say that our establish store in BRISTOL is getting busier and busier, therefore we're on the look out for Full and Part-time Retail Sales Advisors to join our amazing team.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who loves motorcycles (not bicycles - we get that a lot. Liking both is fine!).
- A friendly, approachable person who enjoys chatting with customers.
- A hands-on person who’s willing to get stuck in.
- A positive personality and an all-round good egg.
What we believe in…
- The customer must come first, always.
- A no-pressure, no hard sell environment.
- Bikes are fun, so shopping for kit should be too, surely?
What we don’t believe in…
- Targets
- Hard selling (keen people will have noticed this is on both lists, it’s that important!)
- Corporate buzz words like ‘deep dive’ or ‘game changer’
The hours (Full Time)
- Guaranteed 45hrs per week
- Based on 5 days per week
- Working every other weekend (with days off in the week so that your only working five days per week)
- Mon to Fri 9 to 6
- Sat 9 to 5
- Sun 10 to 4
The hours (Part Time)
- Sat 9 to 5
- Sun 10 to 4
- Possibility of additional hours in the week
