Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Clean and polish vehicle exteriors, including washing, waxing, and buffing to achieve a high-quality finish
- Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, dashboards, and windows
- Apply protective coatings and treatments as required to maintain vehicle appearance
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial tasks to ensure a safe and organised environment
- Assist customers with vehicle-related inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Drive vehicles as needed on site and to and from customers and suppliers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial work or automotive cleaning is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Valid driving licence is required to facilitate vehicle movement within the premises
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks involving bending, lifting, and manoeuvring equipment or vehicles
