Administration Officer
Kingsmead Office - London
£32,495 - £34,205 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
We have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Estates Services team based at Kingsmead, London. As an Administration Officer you will provide quality support for the Estates Services function by coordinating administrative activities, supporting staff, and maintaining effective office systems.
The role of Administration Officer will include:
- General Office Administration including maintaining filing systems and records, Ensuring office supplies and equipment are available and functional and developing and implementing administrate procedures
- Drafting reports, memos and official correspondence
- Liaising with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Scheduling meetings, appointments and events
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and confidential documents
- Processing invoices, purchasing orders and expense claims
- Provide administrative support to managers and teams
Skills and experiences:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
