A fun loving, caring, enthusiastic and qualified Level 3 (or above) leader is required to join and lead a team at our family run Nursery in Handsacre. The successful candidate will have some leadership experience and will have worked in management capacity for at least 2 years. They will also be a key worker to a group of children and be required to plan and deliver appropriate age related exciting activities. They will be required to track children's progress and complete assessments on their focused children and monitor the observations and reports of the staff in their room. They will oversee the smooth and efficient running of the nursery in the Manager's absence and be a good role model. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of child development and take responsibility to ensure that teaching is effective across the nursery. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and who has a desire to make a difference.
Pay is related to qualifications and experience.
