We are are currently recruiting a Part-time Accounts Assistant working 3 days a week who will be working out of our site at Port One, Great Blakenham, Ipswich.
The Duties and Tasks
This role will cover a variety of Financial Functions for Port One, such as raising payments, processing purchase invoices, raising Sales invoices and raising journals on Sage.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintaining the Port One side of Purchase Ledger with accurate records
- Efficiently and accurately raising faster payments
- Raising sales invoices in a timely manner
- Resolving sales and purchase ledger queries
- Any task reasonably requested by the manager and directors of the business

The applicant must:
- Previous Accounts Experience of at least 12 months
- AAT Level 3 qualification
- Attention to detail
- Be a team player, ready to work in a fast-paced environment
Advantageous Skills:
AAT Level 4 good to have but not essential
Working hours:
Total of 22.50 hours per week - flexible on the days worked
Salary:
Pro-rata salary £18,000.00
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
