B & T Hicks Transport urgently require a Class 1 HGV Local Night Driver due to increased work volumes. Immediate start on successful completion of onsite interview and assessment.
Role:
The Driver must be fully compliant and have extensive experience using decker trailers and taught liner trailers. Duties include Hereford to Swadlincote Hub runs on a nightly basis unloading and reloading in the same place.
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday
- Guideline start time of 4pm with an average finish time of 3am.
Rates of Pay:
- £42k salary
- Optional overtime available
Driver expectation:
- You will be responsible for the accurate, safe, and timely movement of our customers’ products to their delivery destination, in line with all relevant health and safety compliance.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately with attention to detail.
- Complying with all relevant legislation in line with Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive requirements.
