Responsibilities
- Manage Main production Schedule and fluidity
- Oversee Specialist Production, Purchasing and Quality
- Manage 2D +3D Design Team Members
- Develop Staff Training Programme for new starters with Production
- Develop process to ensure Production is efficient
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure product delivery
- Manage Manage Shop and requirements
- Manage facility, ensure efficient running and resolve faults
- Approve procurements
- Ensure throughput is on target meeting KP I's
- Discuss supply chain and potential requirments
Requirements
- Persistent attention to detail
- Good time keeping
- Efficient, timely and tidy work ethic
- Good communications skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Office Applications
- Sage Manufacturing experience preferred
- Electronic knowledge
- Manufacturing/Engineering background
- Ability to manage multiple Departments

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
