Saffron Vantage Ltd is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy and growing warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for work within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Preparing orders for dispatch.
- Stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
- General warehouse duties as required.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Working Hours
Days (3-week rotating shift pattern):
Week 1
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
Week 2
- Tuesday to Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Saturday: 6:00am – 1:30pm
Lates (currently rotated during peak periods)
- Sunday: 4:00pm – 11:30pm
- Monday to Thursday: 4:15pm – 12:45am
Alternative Late Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 4:15pm – 12:45am
- Friday: 4:00pm – 11:30pm
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the rotating shift pattern.
