We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands on Restaurant Manager to join our growing team at Trinco, Sutton.
Trinco is more than just a restaurant. We are a vibrant venue that hosts weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and weekly dining experiences. With a stylish restaurant, flexible event spaces, and our popular rooftop bar open every Saturday, no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and events.
- Managing and motivating a team of approximately 10 front-of-house staff.
- Leading service for weddings, private functions, and large-scale events.
- Working closely with the Head of Front of House Manager to maintain the highest service standards.
- Assisting with menu planning and helping develop seasonal food and beverage offerings.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Managing staff rotas, training and performance.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and health & safety.
- Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and helping control costs.
- Handling customer feedback professionally and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of special events and promotions.
- Taking ownership of the rooftop bar operation every Saturday, ensuring smooth service and a great atmosphere.
- Being a visible leader on the floor, supporting the team during busy service periods.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy hospitality environment.
- Experience managing weddings, events, or high-volume service is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A positive, hands-on attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Flexible to work a mixture of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
