What you'll do:
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, resources, and day-to-day site operations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and operational performance.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Manage procurement activities and coordinate the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building standards, and company policies.
- Prepare project reports, performance updates, and recommendations for senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, project management, site management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous project leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of construction operations, project planning, or contract administration is beneficial.
- Collaborative mindset with strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £5,800.00-£7,800.00 per month
