The iMAGINE project, funded by RAEng aims to revolutionise the nuclear technology of the future with new approaches to resource utilisation, waste prevention and safety. The long-term objective of the project is the research, development and demonstration of a pioneering technology for nuclear waste reduction
You will therefore take responsibility for the required ZPR experiments by evaluating existing licensing documentation. In a subsequent stage, you will develop recommendations regarding the licensing and construction of a critical experiment, any need to amend the regulatory framework. In MSRs, a step-by-step approach should be created from solid phase to liquid phase exeriments.
