We are looking for the right candidate to fill a full time, permanent position, working in a varied role on our family farm in the Canterbury (CT3) area.
Willingness to work within the arable, potato and fruit crops across the farm.
We run a variety of tractors, fulfilling different criteria across the crops - John Deere, Fendt, New Holland, Massey Ferguson and others.
Forklift and telehandler experience beneficial.
Spray certificates (PA1, PA2, PA3, PA4) and experience beneficial.
We are looking to employ a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our team. Someone who is punctual, reliable and keen to learn. Good communication skills are key.
Experience with at least some of our crops would be beneficial. We are prepared to train the right individual in areas new to them.
Pay level is dependent upon skills and experience.
Some weekend and overtime work required during busy times.
