We’re currently seeking an experienced Administrator for up to an initial 3 months to support the team during a period of increased workload as we implement a new system and therefore must be immediately available to start following successful interview.
This is a full-time office based role at our Service and Repair Centre interfacing with a wide range of customers providing a high level of Customer Service to our customer base covering the whole of Wales, the South of England and Central London.
The role will be to assist the Service Co-ordinator with scheduling and route planning jobs for our team of engineers to ensure that all installations, repairs and services are completed and invoiced correctly and in a timely manner.
Additional duties will include:-
- Meet and greet visitors at the Service Centre
- Data Entry
- Packing coffee
- Booking couriers for deliveries
- Taking card payments over the phone and face to face
Essential Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years previous office based Customer Service role with relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and e-mail
- Highly organised and the ability to multitask
- IT Literate with good working knowledge of word, outlook and excel
- Ability to take direction well and work collaboratively as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience with managing schedules and ensuring timely delivery of services
- Working knowledge of Joblogic
- Working knowledge of Xero
Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
