Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional waiter /Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and understan the basics on the menu. We are looking for experienced waiters or bartenders but Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic team dedicated to providing memorable dining experiences Within the turkish cuisine.
Responsibilities
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests politely and attentively
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system
- Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
- Assist in setting up for special events or functions when required
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for those new to the industry
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
- Familiarity with serving techniques and bar operations is beneficial
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and cash transactions
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour and positive attitude
