We're looking for an Internal Dealer Partner Development Team Leader to lead our Internal Dealer Partner Development team, driving performance across our Tier 4 dealer partner network. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives on coaching others, identifying growth opportunities and creating a high-performing sales culture. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Services, you'll play a key role in developing dealer relationships, increasing revenue and supporting the continued growth of our dealer network. What you'll be doing
As Internal Dealer Partner Development Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop the Internal Dealer Partner Development team to achieve sales targets and departmental objectives.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews to support individual development.
- Set and monitor individual and team KPIs in collaboration with Sales Management.
- Drive revenue growth across the Tier 4 dealer partner portfolio through proactive account management and opportunity development.
- Monitor sales pipelines, quotation conversion and overall team performance to maximise results.
- Support the team with complex quotations, negotiations and key customer opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic dealer partners, ensuring excellent customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop Tier 4 dealers into higher-value partners.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing to support campaigns, product launches and dealer engagement initiatives.
- Partner with Customer Services and field-based Sales colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure CRM data is accurate, up to date and used effectively to support reporting and decision-making.
- Produce regular sales performance reports, pipeline analysis and management information.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, supporting new initiatives and promoting best practice across the internal sales function.
- Support recruitment, on boarding and ongoing development of team members while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
What we're looking for

- Experience in sales, account management or dealer development.
- Previous experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and coaching skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and analysing sales performance.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
