We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Chef to join our friendly independent restaurant.

What We Offer
- £16.00–£18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Equating to £39,936 - £44,928 annually
- 48-hour contract.
- Guaranteed gratuities worth at least £5,000 per year, paid on top of salary.

About the Role
You'll be working with fresh produce and helping to maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect. Whether you're already an experienced Senior Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef looking to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within a quality fresh food environment is essential.
- A strong understanding of cooking from fresh and maintaining high standards.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to lead by example.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Someone who wants to work somewhere their ideas and contribution genuinely matter.
Experience gained in high-end, premium or award-winning restaurants would be viewed very favourably. Candidates who have worked in establishments known for delivering exceptional fresh food, attention to detail and high standards will have a distinct advantage.
A Healthy Approach to Work
We understand the importance of balance and don't believe in excessive hours. Overtime is rarely required, with December being the only period where additional hours may occasionally be needed due to the festive season. Any additional hours are, of course, fully paid.
